Session 1 – How to Obtain the Benefits from Technology, Performance Improvement, and Shared Services Initiatives: Learn best practices and obtain practical advice for achieving the desired benefits from major technology, performance improvement, and shared services projects from two experts with extensive real-world experience.
Session 2 – Ethical Leadership: Creating Ethical Organizations: This interactive session will examine the idea of ethical leadership from an organizational and practical perspective. We’ll discuss your ideas, concerns, dilemmas, and questions about how to promote ethical behavior within government and nonprofit organizations.
