President Jill
Stevenson, CPM Jill Stevenson joined BWC in 1993
as the Regional Administrative Manager for the Southwest Region after working in the private insurance industry for eight
years. In 2000, she accepted a promotion and moved to Columbus, Ohio where she assumed the duties of BWC Claims Program Coordinator.
She has also served as a Divisional Administrative Manager and Performance Consultant. Jill became the Columbus/Logan
Service Office Manager in 2006. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administrator and Master of Business Administration
degree, both from the University of Cincinnati. She achieved her Certified Public Manager® designation in January
2009 and was the recipient of the 2009 George C. Askew Award, recognizing the completion of an exceptional OCPM curriculum
project. Jill resides in Powell, Ohio with her husband, Jon and two children, Ashley and Adam.

Immediate Past President Lee Thatcher, Certified IT Project Manager, CPM Lee
graduated as a certified public manager through Ohio’s program in December 2008, Cohort 34, and joined the society
at the same time. Lee is a project manager for Industrial Compliance & Labor, a division of the Ohio Department of Commerce
since December 2002. In his role with the division, he leads division efforts in information technology, performance
management, and strategic planning. Lee became a certified Information Technology project manager in August 2006. He
formerly held a position as the Real Estate Supervisor and as the Customer Service Supervisor with Real Estate & Professional
Licensing, also a division of the Ohio Department of Commerce. Prior to working with the state Lee served in the United
States Marine Corps, and was in private business following his service. He is or has served as a Partner/Advisor,
Coach, Member and past team leader/examiner, for the Ohio Partnership for Excellence, and also is an alumnus of the Ohio
University’s Executive Leadership Institute.

President-Elect Cynthia Lee, CPM Cynthia R. Lee is a graduate of
the Ohio CPM program, Cohort 34, and joined the Ohio CPM Society in 2008. Ms. Lee began her civil service career working
for the U.S. Navy in Norfolk, Virginia, followed by 15 years with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) holding several
positions. In her current position with the Office of Training, she was part of a team that developed and deployed the nationally
recognized Highway Technician Academy. Ms. Lee’s public service commitment doesn’t end at the workplace.
She took extensive training and underwent a home study to become foster and adoptive parent certified, fostering 6 and adopting
3 special needs children, was awarded Outstanding Advisory Committee Member as a result of her work with Tolles Technical
Center, and has been nominated and voted as Treasurer of her church for four consecutive years. She has also served
as a volunteer on many civic projects for cities in Franklin, Champaign, and Union counties.

Treasurer Roger Aber, CPM
Roger Aber is a certified public manager (CPM), a certified industrial hygienist (CIH) and a certified
safety professional (CSP). He is a graduate of the Ohio CPM program, Cohort 10, and joined the Ohio CPM Society in 2003.
Mr. Aber has a Bachelor of Science degrees in Environmental Health from Bowling Green State University and Industrial Engineering
from The Ohio State University, and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Health from University of Michigan. He
is a retired Bioenvironmental Engineer from the Ohio Air National Guard. Mr. Aber currently works for the Ohio Bureau
of Workers' Compensation as the Employer Management Supervisor for Field Operations. He has held that management
position with state government since May 1992.

Secretary Patti Barnett, CPM
The professional training and experience that qualifies Ms. Barnett to hold this position
include a Masters in Business Administration degree in Marketing from Ohio State, and 12 years experience as the Marketing
Section Manager for Ohio State Parks. Her job duties include managing the public web site, developing and
implementing promotional programs, creating and evaluating advertising. She developed and implemented a merchandise
sales program for the state parks that is still in place. Ms Barnett has served
on the OCPM Society board since it’s inception in 2000. She currently serves on three AACPM committees, Marketing,
Conference, and Newsletter. She is deeply committed to the OCPM Society and CPM principles and values.
She would like to see more members in the Society and those members more involved in activities and Society functions.
She will actively solicit members from the pool of program participants and graduates, and promote the program and Society
to the public sector. She established a web site for the Society that provides information about the Society,
the OCPM Program, and quality management and leadership principles.

Conference Committee Chair Irene Barnett Irene
Barnett is the Managed Care Organization (MCO) business unit supervisor at the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation's (BWC)
Medical Division and acts as liaison between the agency and 17 certified MCOs under the Health Partnership Program. Irene
handles MCO contract and policy issues and inquiries. When she joined BWC in 1992, she represented management for personnel
and labor relations matters in the Human Resources Division. Private industry experience includes Pharmaceutical Sales Rep
for Warner Lambert and Emergency Room Unit secretary at Grant medical Center. Irene
holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University's College of Education in Community Health Education and
a Master of Arts from OSU's College of Human Ecology in Health Administration and Sports Management. Since graduating
from the OCPM program (cohort 38), Irene completed the DAS Project Management Training program in November 2011. Irene shares
her Canal Winchester home with husband Jim and their daughters Savannah and Sierra.

Member Services Committee Chair Nick Newnham In 2007, Nick started his career in public service as an Administrative Assistant
3 at the Industrial Commission of Ohio. Currently, Nick is enrolled in the Ohio Certified Public Manager Program with
Cohort 43 and is scheduled to graduate in August, 2011. Prior to working for the state, Nick earned his Bachelor
of Arts degree in economics from Ohio University. Nick looks forward to a productive and exciting term on the Ohio CPM
Society's board and welcomes member feedback and input.

Public Relations Committee Chair Mike Holm
Mike spent many years
as a manager in the commercial printing industry before coming to State service in 1999. Since then, he has managed printing
and graphic arts, mail, distribution, records, fleet, interior design and facility, emergency response, disaster recovery
and Web database, design and communication.
Mike earned a Bachelor of General Studies from Ohio University, a Master
of Arts in Journalism from The Ohio State University and graduated from OCPM cohort 34 in December 2008. In 2009 he served
the Society as Member Services Committee chair and in 2011 was recognized by the Society as Ohio Certified Public Manager
of the Year.
Most important, Mike and Patty's son Adam and wife Eliza will deliver a beautiful baby granddaughter
named Ava in March 2012.
